The Fable is a stereo ambient creation machine built around delay and granular processing. Five Modes, each one pairing two effects that feed into each other through separate feedback paths, so the sound keeps developing instead of repeating. Long reversed textures, bright double-speed cascades, glitchy clouds, and randomized pitch scattering. All of it in stereo, with MIDI, expression, and savable presets.

Stereo granular soundscape pedal with five custom dual-effect algorithms.
Proprietary Walrus Audio MDSP processing platform with effects running in series and complex nested
feedback paths.
Mode I: Reverse Delay into Reverse Granular.
Mode II: Forward Delay into Octave Up Granular, with double-speed grain playback.
Mode III: Analog-style Delay into Octave Down Granular, with half-speed grain playback.
Mode IV: Multi-Tap Granular into Multi-Tap Granular (Grain-Verb), with time stretching of both granular
algorithms.
Mode V: Forward Delay into Randomized Pitch Granular, with changing grain playback speed and
direction.
Separate Feedback and Regen controls for the two effect feedback paths.
X control adjusts grain size in Mode I and random pitch-change rate in Mode V.
Tweak button and knob control stereo Width, Mod Rate, Mod Shape, Shift and Ramp.
Modulation rate adjustable from 0.1 Hz to 5 Hz, with sine, square and random LFO shapes.
Momentary Dive/Rise via the tap footswitch
Tap tempo for delays and sample-rate time stretching in Mode IV.
Three onboard presets plus live mode; access to 127 presets via MIDI.
MIDI clock synchronisation and MIDI CC control of every knob, mode selection, bypass and tap tempo.
Assignable expression input, alternatively configurable for external tap tempo.
Buffered bypass with selectable Trails or No Trails operation; Trails enabled by default.
Two inputs and two outputs for full stereo or mono-in/stereo-out operation.
3.5 mm TRS MIDI In and MIDI Thru connections, Type A.
USB-C port for firmware updates.
