Kepma F2SE Grand Auditorium Natural

The F2S is a Grand Auditorium body shape guitar that features an HTT (High Temperature Torrefied) solid AA Sitka Spruce top, Ovangkol back & sides, and an amazing level of "electric-like" playability. Each top is custom tapered and then patiently "hand tap tuned" (*) for perfect frequency response and tonal balance.

In addition to the impeccable high-precision build for which Kepma is renowned, the cutaway facilitates access to the higher registers, allowing all kinds of upper fret acrobatics and unique chord voicings.

PLEK PRO Technology

Another highlight is the use of the PLEK PRO state-of-the-art technology. A computerized machine scans the whole fretboard under simulated string tension and files/cuts the frets accordingly, resulting in precise intonation and buzz-free playing right out of the box.

AcoustiFex DOUBLE S1-PRO System

Paired with the DOUBLE S1-PRO pickup, preamp and FX system, the acoustic-electric F2SE model is pure magic. Playing acoustically gives you stunning Reverb, Chorus, or Delay directly from the guitar—no effects pedals needed. Plugged into an amp or mixer, the S1-PRO provides an undersaddle piezo pickup plus an onboard condenser microphone with blend control. Effects remain available, giving total control of your sound right from the preamp. Comes standard with a Kepma "Exclusive Custom" padded bag.

(*) Hand "Tap" Tuning

Each top is hand "tap" tuned to measure the overall balance and frequency response. If the frequency profile does not match the desired profile, the top is refined in the tapering CNC until the response perfectly matches the target.
