The Kepma F0-B and F0E-B Grand Auditorium guitars are the most affordable in the Solid Top Series. They are priced so anyone can afford a super high-quality guitar with exceptional tonal characteristics. Plus, with the addition of the AcoustiFex® K-10 Pro Pickup, Preamp & FX system, you'll experience a level of sound and inspiration that's completely alone in its class. Unbelievable value!
However, other than price/value, there are quite a few innovations that separate these guitars from their competitors. Kepma is a technology-focused company with the goal of combining science and art to produce some of the best instruments in the world. Judge for yourself:
Torrefied Solid Top
The top of F0-B and F0E-B Grand Auditorium guitars features a torrefied solid top. The proprietary Kepma Torrefication Process uses controlled heat and humidity over time to draw moisture, oils, and sap from the wood to the surface, which is then sanded off. This adds additional strength and stability, making the tops less reactive to atmospheric condition changes and more responsive to string vibration for a lively, stable sound.
New 4-Point Bolt-on Neck Joint
Kepma's new bolt-on neck joint is an industry first at this level. It provides unmatched stability and allows for precise, infinite adjustment if needed. The design prevents pooling of guitar finish at the joint, making future maintenance and adjustments effortless.
Ultra-thin Water-Based Finish
The precise application of finish is critical for both protection and tonal quality. Kepma's ultra-thin (0.042 mm) water-based finish is environmentally friendly, durable, and glossy. Applied evenly, it virtually does not interfere with vibration transmission, ensuring a purer, more natural sound.
AcoustiFex® K10 Pro System
The newly upgraded AcoustiFex® K10 Pro System features an enhanced vibration pickup, built-in Reverb, Delay & Chorus, Bluetooth audio streaming, and a companion app. Connect to any Bluetooth source to play music or backing tracks through the guitar, unplugged or amplified. The OTG interface allows app connectivity for looping, rhythm, and composition. Built-in metronome, tuner, and drum machine make practice engaging and efficient.
"C" Shaped Fast Neck
This FAST neck design offers a smooth, natural feel that reduces hand fatigue and enhances fluidity. The satin finish on the back ensures comfort during fast playing while maintaining excellent grip for all styles.
