The RockBoard® MODs V2 series are improved, all-in-one patchbay solutions designed to provide clean, organized, and reliable connectivity for modern pedalboard setups. Featuring a refreshed design and a compact housing, MODs V2 units integrate seamlessly into the dedicated MOD slots found on all current RockBoard pedalboards (excluding the DUO series), creating a professional and highly efficient cable management solution.
By using a RockBoard MOD, pedals can be permanently connected underneath the board while all signal and power connections to and from the pedalboard are routed through a single, convenient access point. This greatly simplifies setup and teardown, reduces cable clutter, and protects connections from unnecessary wear. The MODs V2 serve as a central hub for instrument input, amplifier output, and power delivery, including an IEC power pass-through and a 2.1 × 5.5 mm DC barrel thru connector for powering pedalboard supplies.
The RockBoard® MOD 3 V2 is a dedicated pass-thru module designed with vocalists and acoustic musicians in mind. It features two XLR outputs, allowing stereo signals to be sent cleanly from the pedalboard, as well as a single XLR input for connecting a microphone directly through the board. This makes it ideal for vocal processing chains, acoustic guitar rigs, or hybrid setups combining instruments and microphones.
In addition to vocal and acoustic applications, the MOD 3 V2 can also be used to route multiple pedals through an amplifier’s effects loop or simply act as a clean, centralized connection point for any pedalboard configuration.
