Powered by IK Multimedia’s award-winning AI Machine Modeling™ technology, TONEX Board recreates the sound, feel, and dynamic response of real amplifiers, speaker cabinets, and pedals with exceptional realism. The platform makes it possible to build everything from simple rigs to advanced stereo, wet/dry, and dual-amp setups.
Thanks to its dual signal-chain architecture, up to four Tone Models can be used simultaneously through split signal paths. This level of flexibility previously required multiple amplifiers, pedals, and complex routing systems.

75 Effects for Stage and Studio
TONEX Board includes a total of 75 effects, featuring 48 effects derived from AmpliTube, the complete TONEX effects collection, and 12 brand-new effects. The library includes reverbs, delays, modulation effects, dynamics processors, EQs, pitch effects, and much more.
With up to 12 effect slots and advanced split-and-mix routing, users can create anything from traditional pedalboard setups to sophisticated live and studio production rigs.

Built for Live Performance

The high-resolution 5-inch color touchscreen makes editing fast and intuitive, while Preset, Scene, and Stomp operating modes provide instant access to critical functions during performance. The system offers more than 1,400 preset slots organized across 12 setlists, 40 banks, and 3 presets per bank.
Two independent stereo output pairs, global parametric EQ, MIDI connectivity, and four-cable method support make it easy to integrate TONEX Board into both traditional amplifier setups and modern FRFR or in-ear monitoring systems.

Studio Features and USB Audio Interface

TONEX Board also serves as the centerpiece of a complete recording environment. The built-in 4-in / 2-out USB audio interface offers configurable signal routing, direct monitoring, and convenient re-amping capabilities.
With support for VIR™ Cabinet technology, custom impulse responses (IRs), and direct integration with TONEX software, recording, sound management, and production become efficient and streamlined.

The TONEX Ecosystem
TONEX Board includes TONEX MAX and three dedicated software applications: TONEX Player, TONEX Modeler, and TONEX Board Editor. Together they allow users to play, organize, create, and transfer Tone Models between computer and hardware.
Through ToneNET, users gain access to one of the world’s largest libraries of AI-powered guitar and bass tones, including official IK Multimedia content, Signature Collections, Tone Partners, Premium Collections, and community-created models.
